Attractive Benefits and Compensation:

Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) from an accredited institution
  • Completion of an accredited residency program
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in pediatrics
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana
  • Active and unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • Experience in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), Community Health Centers (CHC), or Patient-Centered Medical Homes (PCMH) is preferred
