Qualifications:- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) from an accredited institution
- Completion of an accredited residency program
- Board-certified or board-eligible in pediatrics
- Current or eligible for licensure in Indiana
- Active and unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Experience in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), Community Health Centers (CHC), or Patient-Centered Medical Homes (PCMH) preferred
