Job Overview

Position Summary:
As a Clinical Therapist at ABHS, you will play a crucial role in delivering therapeutic services to clients facing challenges with emotional regulation and coping strategies. You will manage a caseload of at least 14 clients and lead four group therapy sessions each week. Regular engagement with clients and their support systems is essential to ensure comprehensive care.


Key Performance Indicators:
  • Timely documentation of individual and group therapy sessions within 24 hours.
  • Weekly review of Level of Service Reports to assess documentation efficiency.
  • Conduct semi-annual group audits to ensure adherence to treatment protocols and client skill development.
  • Complete Client Treatment Plans within 30 days of initial assessments.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to maintain high-quality care and monitor client progress.
  • Quarterly chart audits to ensure compliance with clinical documentation standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the counseling needs of clients, including substance abuse and mental health assessments using established criteria.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including discharge and continuity of care strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all counseling sessions, assessments, and follow-up services.
  • Coordinate support services for clients and their families, documenting all interactions.
  • Engage with external referral sources as necessary.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and manage crisis interventions using a collaborative approach.
