Job Summary

Victory Bay Recovery Center seeks a skilled and compassionate Primary Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients struggling with substance abuse and mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide group and individual therapy sessions
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Facilitate crisis management and intervention as needed
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a treatment facility
  • Current CPR certification and Narcan training
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
