Job Summary:

The Ridge at Castle Pines, a prestigious golf club managed by Troon International, is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor/Lead Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service to our guests and providing a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise restaurant staff and ensure prompt, efficient, and personalized service to guests.
  • Act as a liaison between wait staff and kitchen staff to facilitate effective communication and ensure timely service.
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized restaurant environment, including equipment and storage areas.
  • Conduct daily activities such as serving tables, bussing tables, seating guests, and performing general clerical and cashier duties.
  • Assist in interviewing, training, planning, assigning, and directing work for department members, including hosts, servers, expediters, and cashiers.
  • Monitor business volume forecasts and plan accordingly to ensure optimal manpower, productivity, and cost management.
  • Incorporate safe work practices in job performance and perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 1 year of related experience.
  • Ability to meet state age requirement to serve alcohol.
  • Previous golf course and/or club experience is a plus.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Alcohol Awareness Training and Food Safety and Sanitation Training.

Working Environment:

The Ridge at Castle Pines is a laid-back golf atmosphere with no late hours, as we close at 9pm peak summer. The role will be mostly evenings and weekends, with supervising the restaurant 3 evenings per week and 2 bartending shifts per week guaranteed.
