Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

At Whole Foods Market, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will play a critical role in leading our Customer Service & E-Commerce programs, ensuring seamless checkout experiences and efficient online order fulfillment. Your primary focus will be on driving safety, quality, and productivity while maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and hold team members accountable for the same.
  • Establish clear expectations for balancing in-store customer service and online order completion.
  • Monitor customer flow and assign tasks to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Stay informed about competitors and industry trends.
  • Respond effectively to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Build strong relationships with departmental leaders, store leadership, and external partners.
  • Foster a positive team environment and promote exceptional morale.
  • Maintain team member safety and security standards.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and motivate team members to achieve high performance and minimize turnover.
Requirements:
  • 12+ months retail experience
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Standing/walking 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday
  • Hand use: Single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
  • Work requires bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
  • Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals
  • Exposure to temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Ability to work in a wet and cold environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to use tools and equipment, including box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery
Compensation:

The wage range for this position is $16.50 - $30.20 Hourly, commensurate with experience. Whole Foods Market offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan benefits, store discounts, paid time off, and access to other benefit programs.
