Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Caregiver/CNA to join our team of caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with their basic needs, enabling them to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with bathing, toileting, and hygiene
  • Transfer clients from a wheelchair to a chair or bed using a Hoyer lift
  • Prepare meals and assist with medication reminders
  • Run errands, such as picking up prescriptions and assisting with doctor's appointments
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, bed making, and cleaning

Requirements

  • Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Insurance on personal vehicle
  • Pass a background check, driving record check, and drug test

What We Offer

Competitive base pay, based on caregiver skill and experience, with additional bonus or incentive pay for individual client assignments. We also offer free COVID-19 testing and PPE, as well as hazard pay for staff willing to care for active COVID-19 cases.
