Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Delivers coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
  • Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
  • Coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
  • Experience working in ICU, PCU or a high acuity telemetry unit: Required
  • Open to floating to multiple areas that include a minimum of telemetry and med/surg: Required
  • Open to cross training to other patient care areas: Required

Benefits:
  • Evening Shift Differential: $2/hour
  • Night Shift Differential: $6/hour
  • Weekend Shift Differential: $1/hour
