We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Health Specialist. This is a 90-day assignment with a competitive salary of $2,206.36 per week.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess excellent nursing skills and the ability to work independently in a home health setting. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting assessments, and developing individualized plans of care.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify needs and develop individualized plans of care
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and mobility assistance
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current RN license in Hawaii
  • At least 1 year of experience in home health or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
