Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for incoming parts requests.
  • Research parts solutions for customers and internal needs.
  • Process quotes, purchase orders, sales orders, work orders, returns, and file management.
  • Utilize company, vendor, and industry resources to constantly grow knowledge of machines and their applicable parts.
  • Assist customers looking for hard-to-find parts utilizing various resources.
  • Responsible for creating and processing transfer orders and creating/receiving vendor purchase orders.
  • Inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
  • Continuing education and professional development.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Computer skills and the ability to use multiple software programs to perform daily tasks.
  • Experience with parts sales – construction equipment parts experience is a plus but not required.
  • Able to work responsibly, safely, and intelligently.
  • Have the desire to take action, improve, and be appreciative.
  • Possess the capability to engage with customers, co-workers, and vendors in a respectful manner.
