  • Patient Safety and Quality: Monitor and ensure adherence to hospital infection prevention practices, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
  • Professional Development: Support and promote hospital standards for superior customer service, ensuring all staff members are equipped to provide exceptional patient care and service.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of a nursing program from an accredited college or university required.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years nursing experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to assess staff, patient, and family needs and coordinate appropriate nursing plans of care and support.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Current Colorado RN license and current BLS for the Health Care Provider certification required.
