Overview:


The primary role of a Technical Architect is to define system information needs through the analysis of data in the creation of large-scale or enterprise-wide information systems.


Key Responsibilities:
Designs comprehensive architecture encompassing software, hardware, and communication to meet total requirements while accommodating both current and future cross-functional needs and interfaces.
Ensures that these systems adhere to and comply with established standards for IT architectures, as well as profiles of standards relevant to the implementation and specific solutions for the platform, integration with other systems, and external interfaces.
Guarantees that the common operating environment meets compliance standards. Conducts analytical and systematic evaluations of workflow, organization, and planning, developing suitable corrective measures.
Provides daily oversight and guidance to team members.
Possesses experience in delivering technical leadership, mentoring in software engineering design, development, and frameworks, evaluating alternatives, and presenting technical options to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field is required. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
5-7 years of relevant experience is necessary.
Experience in broad technology delivery, including custom development using various programming languages.
7+ years of experience as an architect or in leading architecture teams.
4+ years of experience in designing cloud-native architectures, with hands-on experience in Kubernetes, API management systems, REST APIs, and Pub/Sub systems.
Strong experience with Spring Boot Microservices, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure API Management, Azure Service Bus, Redis, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Event Grid, and Azure Event Hub.
Familiarity with architecture frameworks is essential.
Expertise in various architecture and design patterns and tools is required.
A proven track record of leading large-scale architectural initiatives is essential.
Experience in reviewing and selecting Technical and Applications Architecture solutions is necessary.
Solid hands-on experience with software development life cycles is expected.
Familiarity with a variety of modern programming languages and web-based development frameworks is important.
Able to effectively communicate concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, demonstrating active listening and providing clear responses.
Proven ability to lead through organizational changes.
Strong attention to detail is crucial.
Extensive experience with diverse technology platforms is required.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
Proficiency in strategic planning and problem-solving is necessary.
Ability to successfully mentor developers aspiring to become architects is important.
