Position Overview

As an MRI Technologist at Bienville Orthopaedic Specialists, you will play a crucial role in patient care and diagnostic imaging. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating the magnetic resonance imaging system and related equipment to capture high-quality images.

  • Assisting radiologists during minimally invasive procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Maintaining adherence to accreditation standards to uphold the quality of services provided.
  • Delivering exceptional patient care with a friendly demeanor and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Contributing to the training and onboarding of new staff members.
  • Ensuring accurate submission of charges for services rendered.
  • Efficiently scheduling patient appointments to optimize resource utilization.
  • Upholding patient confidentiality and compliance with relevant guidelines.

Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited program in radiologic technology.
  • Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
  • Possession of a valid state license.
  • Experience in medical imaging and a solid understanding of human anatomy.
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population.
  • Capability to manage physical demands, including heavy lifting.
  • Full range of motion required for the role.
  • Exposure to clinical environments and conditions.
