Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team at Integrated Machinery Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of goods, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and verify goods against supplier count and immediately report discrepancies to carriers, supervisor, and purchasing office per company policy.
- Verify and record all items loaded for shipments, maintaining accurate shipping records for requested categories.
- Maintain a database of shipment data to ensure customer orders are updated and appropriate billing documents are provided to the accounting or other associated departments as required.
- Notify supervisor of major discrepancies, over-shipments, or substitutions.
- Minimum of a high school education and one year of manufacturing-related experience in shipping and receiving.
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and use simple math.
- Licensed forklift truck operator.
