Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team at Integrated Machinery Solutions. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of our facility, ensuring accurate and timely processing of shipments, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against supplier documentation.
• Accurately record and update inventory levels, shipment data, and other relevant information in our database.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to shipments.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company safety standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; manufacturing-related experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail essential.
• Valid forklift operator certification a plus.
