Key Responsibilities:

Guidehouse is in search of a Senior Manager / Data Analyst to oversee our Revenue Cycle Management division. This role involves leading analytical initiatives and crafting data visualizations that align with organizational objectives, facilitating informed decision-making for extensive programs within the Revenue Cycle.

The individual will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing data visualization and dashboard solutions to deliver essential analytical insights utilizing tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and/or Qlik.
  • Managing, directing, and evaluating the work of a team that operates with a degree of autonomy in their tasks.
  • Leading a team of six analysts, encompassing all management functions including recruitment, performance evaluations, promotions, and rewards, in accordance with established procedures.
  • Identifying and implementing additional data visualization capabilities as required.
  • Assessing current processes to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Ensuring adherence to data governance and quality assurance standards.
  • Creating training materials for team members.
  • Collaborating with team members to summarize and report on business process enhancements, including identifying gaps in existing processes and proposing initiatives for improvement.
  • Organizing and facilitating client meetings, which includes scheduling, drafting agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Summarizing and presenting findings and reports to the team, along with making recommendations both verbally and in writing.

Required Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in data analytics.
  • Experience in leading at least three direct reports focused on developing analytical solutions.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving outstanding results.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in developing new processes, automating, and/or redesigning existing workflows to meet evolving business needs.
  • Capability to provide guidance and direction for specific projects or sub-tasks.
  • Experience in analyzing and defining system requirements.
  • Proficiency with SQL, ACL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data analysis/visualization tools.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and present topics to diverse groups of functional and technical staff.
  • Effective communication skills across all levels of an organization.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle, data science/analysis related to Revenue Cycle, Power BI data automation and visualization/dashboard creation, AS400, Athena, and HealthQuest.
