Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Executing administrative duties including specialized typing, filing, and managing a range of documents.
- Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Training in various applications relevant to our operations.
- Operating computer systems to input, modify, and analyze data.
- Producing correspondence and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintaining organized files and logs, as well as preparing reports.
- Managing calendars and coordinating travel arrangements for the team.
- Compiling confidential reports related to personnel and budget data.
- Assisting junior staff by providing guidance on procedures and standards.
- Utilizing office equipment including computers, copiers, and scanners efficiently.
- Welcoming and directing visitors to ensure a positive experience.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
For assignments focused on reproduction tasks, the candidate must:
- Set up and operate various reproduction equipment, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Physically handle and manage large supplies of paper.
- Operate finishing machines and digitize various media formats.
- Monitor work processes to maintain production efficiency.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
Experience: A minimum of three years in administrative roles is preferred. Familiarity with personal computers and common software applications is essential. A relevant college degree may substitute for some experience.
Preferred Skills: Experience in data analytics is a plus.
Work ScheduleThe anticipated work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 6 AM to 4:30 PM.
