As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that our produce department is well-stocked and appealing to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve concerns in a polite and professional manner.
  • Produce Department Management: Maintain a clean and organized produce department, including unpacking cartons and crates, cleaning and trimming produce, and stocking area with new merchandise.
  • Merchandise Management: Ensure that merchandise is in saleable condition, rotate stock to ensure freshness, and maintain accurate product logs.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Follow cleaning schedules and department guidelines to ensure that work areas, equipment, and display cases are well-maintained, clean, and meet all health and OSHA requirements.
  • Teamwork: Cooperate with co-workers and superiors to ensure smooth function of the department and store.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • Experience: No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and take on new challenges is essential.
