Compensation:
Competitive flat-rate pay starting at $45.00+ per hour, based on experience and certifications.

Work Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8 AM - 5 PM), with Sundays off.

Job Overview:
The Electric Vehicle Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electric vehicle systems. This role requires expertise in both engine and transmission systems, with a focus on electric vehicle technology.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify issues within electric vehicle systems, utilizing specialized tools and software.
2. Perform repairs and maintenance on engine and transmission systems, including disassembly and reassembly.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve engine-related problems such as oil leaks and electrical faults.
4. Address transmission issues including shifting problems and clutch malfunctions.
5. Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and labor hours.
6. Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to communicate findings and prioritize tasks.
7. Provide detailed estimates for repairs to service advisors and customers.
8. Stay informed on the latest advancements in electric vehicle technology through ongoing training.
9. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
10. Conduct road tests as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a technician, specializing in engine and transmission systems.
- Experience with GM vehicles and/or electric vehicles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of engine and transmission systems.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools for troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills for professional interactions.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Authorization to work in the USA and ability to pass pre-employment testing.

- Experience with Electric Vehicles (EV)
