Position Overview:
We are seeking a committed Radiation Oncology Physician who possesses outstanding communication abilities, critical thinking skills, and a collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized radiation treatment plans for patients with diverse cancer types.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical oncologists, surgeons, and radiation therapists.
  • Oversee the accurate delivery of radiation treatments and monitor patient responses.
  • Manage side effects and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families about the treatment process, providing compassionate support throughout their journey.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in radiation oncology.
  • MD/DO with completed residency in radiation oncology.
  • Board certification in radiation oncology from the ABR.
  • Possession of malpractice and medical liability insurance certificates.
  • Health Safety Systems certification.
  • Valid Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) card.
  • National Provider ID (NPI).
  • American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.

Required Expertise:
The ideal candidate should have proficiency in the following procedures, equipment, and software:
  1. 3D - Conformal Radiation Therapy (3D-CRT)
  2. Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT)
  3. Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT): Minimum of 10 documented cases within the last 2 years.
  4. Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS): Minimum of 10 documented cases within the last 2 years.
  5. Experience with Varian ARIA and Eclipse Treatment Planning System.
