Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth in children
  • Support teachers in adapting the L.E.A.P. Curriculum to meet the unique needs of Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment by maintaining accurate records of medications, allergies, and emergency procedures
  • Build strong relationships with families through regular communication and collaboration

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; ECE coursework preferred
  • At least 18 years of age; prior experience in childcare or a passion for early childhood education is preferred
  • State-specific guidelines must be met, including performance level, immunizations, employment physicals, and required health and safety training
