We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Helio Health's Binghamton Evaluation/Inpatient Center. As a member of our multi-disciplinary treatment team, you will provide medical and counseling services to patients in a variety of clinical settings.
Responsibilities- Provide medical services, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and identification of acute needs related to mental health and substance use disorders.
- Work collaboratively with other medical staff to ensure continuity of care and effective communication with clients and their families.
- Document client medical status, signs, and symptoms of withdrawal, and report to supervisors or medical directors as needed.
- Participate in public health and screening protocols, and provide medical consultation, assessment, examination, and treatment planning consistent with agency policy and requirements.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of New York.
- Experience and/or training in the treatment of substance abuse and/or substance dependency preferred.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Competitive hourly rate of $30.25 per hour, plus shift differential.
- Sign-on incentive up to $4,000.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid vacation and sick leave, paid holidays, 401(k) plan, and employee assistance program.
