Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive medical nutrition therapy, including assessments, dietary modifications, and patient education.
  • Adhere to the guidelines set forth in the Company Diet Manual and Clinical Nutrition Policies & Procedures Manual.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards, including federal and state guidelines, while maintaining patient confidentiality and rights.
  • Provide training and mentorship to patient services staff and interns as needed.
  • Engage in patient satisfaction initiatives and participate in departmental meetings and quality improvement programs.
Qualifications
  • Registered Dietitian credential from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • State licensure as required.
  • Preferred: Minimum of one year of experience in a hospital setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, and nutrient analysis software.
