We are seeking an experienced Analytical Research Scientist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in R&D, supporting the analytical development and validation of testing methods for the Analytical Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize analytical methods for qualification and release testing of products.
- Conduct independent assessments of method performance to address scientific questions or problems.
- Drive scientific and technical innovation, including through external collaboration and partnership.
- Generate well-structured technical documents reporting experimental results and conclusions.
- Stay abreast of new developments in analytical technologies and contribute to improvement in laboratory operations.
- Participate and lead scientific discussions on projects with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in analytical R&D development in a pharmaceutical company.
- Masters or Ph.D. in Analytical or Organic Chemistry (preferred) or another relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry techniques, including spectrophotometric, chromatographic, and measuring physical parameters.
- Experience with regulatory document compilation and SOP writing.
Specialized Knowledge:
- LC-MS-MS and Raman, ICP-MS, Mastersizer.
