Overview
RPM Living is a dynamic and fast-growing company that offers top industry pay, benefits, career training, and education. We are looking for a skilled Make Ready Technician to join our team.

The position involves the efficient preparation of apartment units to be re-leased by performing turn-of all vacant units while meeting established quality standards. The salary range for this opportunity is $25-$35 an hour plus monthly bonuses and a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities
  • Follows a make-ready checklist to complete necessary repairs and improvements to apartment homes prior to resident move-in.
  • Inspects sheetrock, makes repairs, caulks and seals windows, sink areas, toilets, bathtubs, and showers; performs touch-up paint.
  • Maintains an inventory of supplies and equipment needed for make-ready tasks.
  • Cuts expenses by fixing rather than replacing parts and avoiding wastefulness with supplies.
  • Assists with property curb appeal by picking up trash, pressure-washing, performing general cleaning, and painting as needed.
  • Complies with safety and risk-management policies by participating in safety meetings, OSHA training, and other safety-related laws and requirements.
  • Delivers high-quality customer service by treating residents and others with respect and completing assigned work efficiently and urgently.
