  • Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.
  • Provide direct one-on-one patient care for a safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment environment.
  • Build long-term relationships with patients who receive treatment on average three times a week.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and support.
