Your Role

Your primary focus will be on the advancement and refinement of products, designs, and processes. From the initial concept to the final rollout, you will be involved in every phase of the project lifecycle, including research, planning, design, testing, and analysis. Utilizing your education and experience, you will contribute innovative solutions to meet project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead small-scale projects effectively.
  • Utilize expertise in various technical disciplines to independently resolve production challenges.
  • Develop and execute testing protocols with collaborative input.
  • Establish quality expectations and ensure adherence to QA protocols.
  • Create production procedures, work instructions, QA matrices, and bills of materials for specific products or production activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
  • Proficiency in one or more technical disciplines, such as rubber, fabrication, forming, coatings, castings, or machining.
  • Strong project management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable with the use of hand tools and power tools.
