Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Cashier and Sales Associate to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service, answering questions and addressing customer needs.
  • Operate a cash register, balancing transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, restrooms, and gas pumps.
  • Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and completing trash runs.
  • Participate in cross-training opportunities to develop skills in other departments, such as restaurant services and facility maintenance.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
