Job Summary:

Smart Foodservice Stores LLC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide fast, easy, and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, front end, and restrooms.
  • Restock shelves, process transactions, and perform other tasks as needed to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
  • Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and resolving issues.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 6-12 months retail cashier and/or stocking experience required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills and cash handling experience.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to stand for long periods, walk, and move throughout the store.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull carts and equipment.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist to reach products and perform tasks.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Working Conditions:

  • Work is performed in a retail store setting, open to the public.
  • Exposure to outside weather conditions may occur.
  • Temperature varies throughout the store, ranging from -10 to 85 degrees.
