Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with material planning requirements, issuing purchase orders for materials and components, expediting orders as needed, and verifying delivery dates
  • Implement new processes and improve existing ones, involving developing procedures, completing problem analysis, and identifying areas for improvement
  • Manage inventory and reorder points of materials based on manufacturing schedules
  • Prepare reports and communications as requested
  • Perform system data analysis, maintenance, and clean-up

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Action-oriented and able to seize opportunities
  • Effectively utilizes time and organizes priorities well
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office, CAD, etc.
