Job Description
This role requires an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to work collaboratively with our team to support objectives, budget, performance metrics, and medical activities at an individual level. You will be responsible for implementing quality control standards, risk management, and compliance programs. This position involves working closely with our Collaborating Physicians to complete an APP Agreement that outlines the APP's role and function, APP/Physician Relationship, Functions of the APP, Privileges/Procedures, Prescriptive Authority, Documentation Responsibilities, and Evaluation process.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Two years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant by the Virginia Department of Health Professions
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Virginia Department of Health Professions for NPs
