MRI Technologist

Infojini Healthcare is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for performing routine and specialized examinations in MRI, adapting procedures to obtain specific diagnostic and/or therapeutic results, and preparing patients for examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MRI procedures in a manner that ensures an accurate and complete examination within the guidelines, policies, procedures, and standards of Medical Imaging.
- Exhibit competency in performing MRI procedures and evaluate the finished images to ensure appropriate identification and image quality are being submitted to the radiologists.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during the procedure, including the use of earplugs to maintain quality care.
- Possess knowledge and skills necessary to obtain adequate lab specimens for testing and maintain working knowledge of equipment to function on both high field and low field magnet.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in the field(s) of Radiology or completion of an ARRT-eligible MRI program.
- Basic computer knowledge using word processing, spreadsheet, email, and web browser.
- Multicultural sensitivity and critical thinking skills using independent judgment in making decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- BLS (American Heart Assoc.) certification.
