Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Imaging Services Administrator to join our team at Methodist Hospitals. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and reliability of our imaging systems, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and resolve hardware and software problems, including hospital infrastructure, client-servers, and stand-alone systems.
  • Provide emergency, routine, and preventive maintenance to all system hardware components.
  • Maintain accurate and adequate inventory levels of supplies and parts, including record keeping of usage, orders, and replacements.
  • Represent imaging services within and outside the hospital for all system-related activities.
  • Assist in establishing continuing education on all system functions for imaging services and other hospital personnel.
Requirements
  • Local area networking experience, specifically, or 4-5 years relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Experience in Imaging Services operations, including reporting schedules, office procedures, processing and reporting workflow.
  • Excellent computer skills, experience with interfacing and programming preferred.
  • Developed verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and a high degree of fine motor skills and visual accuracy required.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Associate's degree in Radiology required.
