Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Exhibit proficiency in understanding and educating clients about consumer deposit offerings.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships through a structured sales approach, follow-up initiatives for new customers, outbound outreach, and referrals from existing clients and partners.
  • Guide and refer customers to various departments within the bank to strengthen relationships and foster collaboration.
  • Comply with all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate expertise in sales, customer service, relationship management, and effective communication.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service within banking, financial services, or a sales-driven retail environment. Military experience in administrative or related roles is also acceptable.
  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience with cash handling is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with technology, including mobile and online banking services, is beneficial.

Work Environment: Office setting.
