  • Assist in mechanical and electrical breakdowns, ensuring timely repairs to minimize production interruptions.

  • Perform routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
  • Maintain and repair tools, equipment, and fixtures used in production processes.
  • Ensure the availability of functional tools and equipment for operators and technicians.
  • Keep an inventory of tools, perform regular inspections, and order replacements as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance tools, processes, and systems to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Document and share best practices to optimize maintenance procedures.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED and three (3) years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or Senior Maintenance Technician, or related Maintenance occupation.
  • Experience with mechanical and electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
  • Experience with reading and interpreting technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints.
  • Experience with regular services and maintenance procedures and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns.
  • Experience with improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance in adherence to plant safety requirements, policies, and OSHA standards.
  • Experience with document processes and maintain service records.
  • Experience with pneumatic and electrical diagnostics and repairs.
  • Experience with maintenance of chiller and air compressor systems for manufacturing operations.
  • Experience with HVAC systems and repairs.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
