Maintenance and Reliability Expert

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Reliability Specialist to join our team at BLM GROUP USA. As a key member of our Service department, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance of BLM equipment at customer sites, ensuring timely resolutions to customer issues, and maintaining a positive client relationship.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the sales staff in servicing BLM equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and service of equipment for customers at the customer site
- Support maintenance performance monitoring; root cause analysis; condition-based monitoring; and reliability-centered maintenance approach aimed towards achieving a reliable operation
- Provide support to programmers on best recommendations and approaches on programming parts
- Recommend improved practices, methods, and procedures, to increase efficiency and quality while reducing equipment downtime
- Provide support and training for operators and maintenance personnel when needed and onsite
- Carefully and accurately document all service performed on the equipment as well as what service needs are to be accomplished on the equipment in the future
- Maintain excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
- Prepare service reports/work order forms timely and accurately
- Accurately track expenses and completes expense reports in a timely manner
- Maintain a safe work environment and operates within OSHA/MIOSHA guidelines
- Must be able to work overtime as required by customer need
- Travel as required, %
- Other duties as assigned by management
- High School Diploma required
- Associate degree in a Technical discipline is preferred or comparable military experience
- At least five (5) years of experience in machine tool operation, maintenance, and repair
- At least two (2) years of CAD/CAM software experience
- At least five (5) years of experience in a similar technical position
- At least one (1) year in a customer service role

The incumbent works primarily in a manufacturing facility where the noise level could be moderate to loud. Occasionally will perform work in an office environment.
The position requires approximately % travel. Travel will be regional or international as required.
