Customer Service Position at Crunch Fitness

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Member Services Representative at Crunch Fitness in Fayetteville, AR.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role:
  • This is a part-time position that requires flexibility and adaptability.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for checking in members and guests, answering phones, and communicating special events.
  • They will also be responsible for selling retail products, scheduling member services, and processing payments.
  • The ideal candidate will also be familiar with the club facility, services, and schedules, ensuring a clean and organized workspace, and supporting projects assigned by club management.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet members and guests warmly and bid them farewell as they exit the club.
  • Check in members and guests according to company procedures.
  • Facilitate messages on club software during member check-in.
  • Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner.
  • Communicate special events to members and guests.
  • Maintain an atmosphere that makes members feel welcome.
  • Assist with member requests or forward them to a manager.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Sell retail products.
  • Schedule member services, including tanning and hydro-massage.
  • Process payment for member services in accordance with company procedures.
  • Familiarize yourself with the club facility, services, and schedules.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Support projects assigned by club management.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the Team Member Handbook.
Salary & Benefits:
  • The estimated salary for this role is $48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience.
