Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care and outcomes, allocating human and fiscal resources as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient throughput and staff productivity.
  • Conduct regular rounds to assess patient and staff satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to nursing personnel, ensuring effective care delivery.
  • Evaluate progress towards goal achievement and disseminate information to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
  • Minimum two years of nursing experience, with previous management experience preferred.
  • BSN required, with RN candidates without BSN enrolled in a BSN program within one year of hire date.
  • Appropriate professional certification within one year of eligibility.
Physical Requirements

This role requires:

  • Ability to lift and support the weight of 35 pounds.
  • Intact sense of sight, hearing, smell, and touch.
  • Finger dexterity and critical thinking skills.
