Job Title: Field Clerk

Spruce Pine, NC

Job Summary

We are seeking a field clerk to assist job sites and corporate support with organizing and filing paperwork, as well as providing administrative support. Strong safety and office administration experience are preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Review project documentation and assignments
  • Collaborate with corporate support teams in Society Hill and various job sites
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced experience in office administration support
Physical Requirements/Job Site Requirements
  • Must be able to complete hiring paperwork electronically through DocuSign
  • May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Must possess sufficient strength and stamina to perform technical duties and essential functions
  • Must be able to move in and around confined spaces and uneven areas
  • Must have full range of motion consistent with age
  • Must be able to climb and maintain balance on ladders
  • Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms, and other job-related noises
  • Visual acuity, depth perception, and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfaces
  • Safety/Steel toe shoes are required
