About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Associate to join our team at Nike. As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of NIKE, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience in our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer feels welcome and valued.
  • Be knowledgeable about NIKE products and services, and use this knowledge to make recommendations and provide solutions to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and provide a positive in-store experience.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting store atmosphere.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
