We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Laboratory Technician to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including but not limited to troubleshooting, providing training, and recommending workflow improvements. Your key duties will encompass performing blood collection procedures, accurately labeling specimens, centrifuging samples, maintaining records, and ensuring proper decontamination processes. You will also update patient records and collect and store specimens in accordance with established protocols, while clearly explaining the collection procedures to patients and ensuring compliance with physician directives and regulatory standards.
