Job Overview

Dietz Property Group is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Community Director to lead a residential multifamily property in the Fenton, MI area.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive base wage, plus bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate resident account records and perform month-end closing procedures.
  • Collect, process, and record monthly charges and other income.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and maintain a professional office environment.
  • Implement marketing activities and arrange the monthly property newsletter.
  • Assist with on-site social activities and maintain the office and clubhouse areas.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Leasing Consultant with at least 1 year in a lead leasing role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Windows, Internet, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Property Management software (e.g. Real Page, MRI, Yardi, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Exceptional dedication to customer service, flexibility, and results orientation.
