Off Leash K9 Training is a rapidly expanding organization seeking a dedicated Dog Trainer in the Tulsa, OK region. This role is both challenging and fulfilling, offering significant earning potential for the right candidate. It is essential to understand that this is more than just a job; it is a lifestyle choice. Compensation is based on lessons taught and each board-and-train program completed, with potential earnings ranging from $50,000 to $75,000 annually or more, all while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

Key Qualifications:

• Must reside in the Tulsa area or nearby.
• Ability to board at least one dog at home for a duration of 14 days.
• Access to a reliable SUV.
• Smartphone proficiency for creating and editing videos; drone experience is a plus.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and prospects.
• Physical capability to manage and train various dog breeds, both large and small.
• Completion of a 17-day training program and assessment at the OLK9 Training Facility, followed by on-the-job training.
• Clean background and criminal record.
• Must be over 21 years old with personal and professional references.
• Timely completion of paperwork and data entry.
• Ability to create a flexible schedule while being reliable for clients.
• Self-motivated and self-directed.
• Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Training and handling dogs of all sizes, from puppies to adults.
• Working with dogs requiring behavioral adjustments.
• Maintaining a professional demeanor while interacting with the public.
• Traveling to various appointments within the Tulsa area.
• Engaging in continuous education to enhance training skills for both dogs and their owners.
• Participating in promotional events.
