Our facility offers a variety of services, including personalized training, group sessions, tanning, hydromassage, and complimentary HIT training advice, all aimed at delivering remarkable results in a healthy and effective manner. Our entire team is dedicated to providing support to each member, ensuring they achieve transformative results.

Candidate Requirements:


- Proven ability to consistently generate new memberships through various marketing initiatives, referrals from current members, and engaging club tours for walk-ins.

- Skill in quickly identifying potential members' needs and employing solution-oriented techniques to highlight the value of our club's amenities and services, leading to successful sales closures.

- Capability to thrive in a competitive sales environment while fostering a cohesive team atmosphere.

- Proven track record of meeting challenging monthly targets and demonstrating excellence in production within the first month of employment.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting, managing and prioritizing multiple tasks, including maintaining club cleanliness.

- Experience in training others to excel in membership sales and referrals.

- Proficiency in managing and coaching team members.

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.


Responsibilities:


- Generate at least 50% of club tours necessary to meet new member enrollment goals through member referrals, marketing efforts, and community outreach.

- Convert a minimum of 70% of incoming phone inquiries into appointments for club tours.

- Achieve an enrollment rate of at least 80% for all touring prospects.

- Schedule at least 60% of new members for a Complimentary Success Session with the appropriate Fitness Department staff.

- Ensure all prospect and guest information is accurately entered into the club management software and complete all required tracking forms and processes.

- Maintain the club in pristine condition.

- Assist in implementing retention strategies and systems.

- Ensure the fitness department meets the required number of monthly assessments and complimentary sessions to achieve fitness programming objectives.

- Ensure that staff between shifts clock out and remove Workout Anytime uniforms when not on duty in the club.

- Coach and mentor personal trainers, providing ongoing education through individual weekly meetings, regular audits of phone skills, assessment and sales techniques, and program development.

- Provide required reading materials for training staff on program design, functional exercise, nutrition, and more.

- Ensure that each trainer completes all necessary Workout Anytime Fitness Training.
