Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Property Valuation Specialist. In this role, you will analyze and validate property data to assist our Underwriting team in evaluating the collateral for our home equity investments.

Your collaboration with the Underwriting and Investor Operations teams will be crucial in maintaining high analytical standards to mitigate investment risks associated with underlying assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize your expertise to evaluate and analyze the value of properties we invest in.
  • Apply your extensive knowledge of residential real estate valuations and appraisals to confirm and clarify the value of collateral as presented by property valuation products.
  • Conduct research on subject properties and comparables using online resources, including county records and MLS, as well as information from real estate professionals and homeowners.
  • Work closely with the Underwriting and Investor Operations teams to ensure high analytical quality.
  • Assist in vendor management oversight for all Appraisal Management Companies within our network.
  • Collaborate with senior members of the company and gain exposure to various aspects of our business operations.
