Physical Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Milltown, New Jersey. As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your clinical skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions.
• Conduct diagnostic tests and measurements to assess patient mobility, strength, and balance.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement multidisciplinary care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote independence and self-care.

• Active and current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• Previous home healthcare experience is welcomed, but not required.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
