Physical Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team in Milltown, New Jersey. As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical abilities, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to help patients achieve their goals.

• Assess patients' physical abilities and develop individualized care plans
• Provide manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to help patients achieve their goals
• Continually assess and revise care plans as needed
• Collaborate with nursing and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Active and current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey
• Previous home healthcare experience welcomed, but not required
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
