About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team at Andwell Health Partners. As a key member of our outpatient services team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' holistic health care needs and concerns.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independent living for clients and their families.
  • Collaborate with staff to provide education and training, and participate in case conferences as needed.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work from a Council on Social Work Education-accredited program.
  • Maine Board of Social Work Licensure: LCPC, LCPC-C, LCSW, or LMSW-CC.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • At least one year of experience as a master's level social worker in a healthcare setting.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance.
