Company Overview:
Integrative Emergency Services, LLC ("IES") is seeking a dedicated Provider Enrollment Specialist to enhance our operations by managing the enrollment processes for both Provider Groups and individual healthcare providers with various governmental and insurance payors, network managed care contracts, and third-party billing entities.

Position Overview:
This role is crucial in supporting our operations across multiple states, including Florida, Texas, and Arizona. The Provider Enrollment Specialist will also oversee accounts receivable that are on hold pending provider number assignments from payors.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Complete CAQH applications for both new and existing providers, ensuring timely reporting and attestation every 120 days.
2. Prepare and submit applications for new providers across multiple contracts, payors, and states, requiring meticulous attention to detail and an understanding of complex requirements.
3. Track and follow up on application submissions to ensure timely processing and approval by payors.
4. Maintain extensive communication with clinicians, state payors, insurance carriers, and internal staff to facilitate a smooth enrollment process.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with payors to expedite enrollment and secure provider billing numbers.
6. Address and resolve issues related to enrollment errors and claims submissions.
7. Ensure timely submission of held accounts receivable enrollments to mitigate risks associated with claims adjustments.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette and customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A high school diploma and 3-5 years of experience in provider payor enrollment or related fields.

Work Environment:
This position allows for remote work, but candidates must reside in states where IES operates. The work environment is typically quiet, and reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.
