Position Overview:

As the Enrollment Coordinator/ Patient Advocate Manager, you will lead a team of patient advocates. Your responsibilities will include management, coaching, and serving as a subject matter expert while aligning with our mission and values. You will play a crucial role in achieving our business objectives and goals. Reporting to the Vice President of Strategic Solutions, you will have direct oversight of a team operating within the hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive results and focus on strategic goals.
  • Engage with patients and hospital staff to build rapport and present program benefits.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance strategic partnerships.
  • Ensure team coverage for assigned cases and prioritize needs effectively.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement best practices.
  • Mentor and train new and existing team members, providing constructive feedback.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and collaborate with hospital staff for optimal solutions.
  • Assist with new hospital installations and training initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability across the organization.
  • Participate in national committees to enhance leadership visibility.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing, Education, or Psychology; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant hospital experience.
  • Experience managing a team of 3-10 employees.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work with diverse individuals.
  • Sales and healthcare experience preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Willingness to be onsite regularly and adapt to patient needs.
  • Successful completion of hospital credentialing requirements.
  • Experience with Medicaid is preferred.
